Informations about allergens & additives

During the fair additional orders for the following exhibition day can be placed until 2 p.m. under the phone number: +49 8095 906670.

One delivery per exhibition day is made free of charge within the scope of our regular tours (early tour between 08:00 and 09:00, midday tour between 11:00 and 12:00). Every additional tour will be charged at EUR 25 plus statutory value added tax.

Deliverys to conference rooms will only be provied if we support your main booth on the exhibition ground.

The minimum order value for the first order must be 500,00 EUR net at least. For orders placed falling short of an order value of EUR 1,000.00 net per trade fair, we raise a handling charge of EUR 29.00 net. Additional orders get no minium order value.

On the last exhibition day, when the official fair is over, we will collect all the rented items, used crates and full crates from your booth. Please ensure that we only credit full and sorted crates. Food can not be credited. The fee for the return of the full crates will be charged with 5,00 EUR each crate.

The customer takes the full responsibility for all rented items and equipment from the first delivery until the return on the last exhibition day.
